Your work in the app

Features that send data

Don't put private details in these fields: no home address, account numbers or confidential client terms.

Visits and sign-ups

phatartist.com may use these services to measure visits and sign-ups. The Your Data screen in the app shows which ones are on right now.

Nothing you type in the app is sent to these services, and the screens you use inside the app aren't tracked. These services use cookies or similar technology and handle the data under their own policies: Google, Meta and LinkedIn.

Your choices

Under some state laws, including California's, ad pixels can count as "sharing" personal information for advertising. To opt out, open the app, tap Privacy, and choose Turn off ad tracking. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, ad tracking stays off automatically. You can also block cookies in your browser or install Google's Analytics opt-out add-on.

Keeping or deleting your data

In the app under Your Data you can export a backup, erase what's on your device, or delete your account, which removes your sign-in and its cloud data. You can also email beta@phatartist.com to ask what we hold about you, correct it or delete it. We'll answer within 45 days.

What we don't do

We don't sell your information, and we never sell or share the work you put in the app.

Children

Phat Artist is for working creatives and isn't directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

When what we collect changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
